A fabulous, gorgeous, blocky calcite crystal on bubbly, banded calcite matrix from the Verchniy Mine at Dal'negorsk. This amazingly water-clear, pristine, sharply hexagonal crystal has a beautifully striated, complex termination. This calcite crystal looks like a cut gemstone. Dal'negorsk calcites of this quality came out in the early 1990s, with very few since.
