A BEAUTIFUL toenail from the famous Jonas Mine. A gemmy and lustrous, doubly terminated, 1.9 cm, cranberry-red tourmaline crystal is nicely enveloped in pearlescent muscovite. This fine piece is from the famous find in the late 1970s. A trivial amount of bruising on the termination edge is barely noticeable. 2.8 x 2.3 x 1.8 cm
