A classic specimen of the famous "Campylite" from the Dry Gill Mine in England. This variety of Mimetite is most commonly associated with this locality, and its definitive, burnt orange color and curved, barrel-shaped crystals are some of the most well-known of all English minerals. The piece features many high-luster Campylite crystals with an unusually textured surface, which adds greatly to the aesthetics and interest. Many of these Campylites measure 9 mm across. A choice, small cab of this well-known, historic material.
