Completely GEMMY, water-clear, light blue Aquamarine from the famous Shigar Valley of Pakistan. This 4 g beauty is accompanied by a tiny, lustrous and well-formed Schorl at the base. One interesting shot is the C-axis pic. As you look down the termination, the crystal is so perfectly gemmy that you can see the putty reflecting within the crystal, creating multiple images. Fascinating. There is a bit of minor damage along one back edge that looks like it was scalloped out, on close look. Otherwise pristine. Amongst a large crowd of small aquas, this is a killer thumbnail, overall!
