A spectacular and sizeable specimen of peacock-blue bursts of cavansite, isolated on a bed of contrasting stilbite. The cavansite clusters measure up to 1.5 cm across, and are scattered in an aesthetic balance across the matrix. Instead of being the usual tight balls, the cavansites actually expose individual crystals, radiating outwards from the center -- and they are actually gemmy when looked at through a loupe.
