This beautiful pair of intergrown crystals have excellent gemminess, color and luster. There is one small area on the back from which a small Axinite is missing. This is of the quality from the famous pockets of the 1980's - and the mine is no longer producing them. Even with a bit of minute edge wear along the edges, this is a fine and attractive Axinite that displays well but is priced accordingly low due to the small dings - it IS a value, though, for one with such other qualities as you see.
