A distinctive, classic, two-sided specimen from the Erupcion (Ahumada) Mine at Los Lamentos, Mexico. Gemmy, thin, tabular, butterscotch-colored wulfenite crystals richly cover one side of the sturdy gossan crust. The other side is festooned with 3-dimensional mounds of highly lustrous clusters of tapered rust-brown to dark brown vanadinite variety endlichite crystals. Seldom do you see a Los Lamentos piece with such a rich variation of the two species. Ex. Mullane Collection. Older material.
