Bright, gemmy, and lustrous, this is a pretty, light pink Kunzite crystal from the Oceanview Mine. The water-clear crystal has tremendous luster and is doubly terminated (one original and one regrown). One edge was contacted at one point, and was removed in mining. The C-axis shot (shining light specifically up the long axis) really highlights the beautiful pink color - as is typical for most kunzites. The mass is 47 grams. This is from the big finds here circa 2010.
