Sharp, clear Fluorite cube perched on a Quartz point! A subtle and attractively zoned transparent to translucent Fluorite crystal displays a largely colorless interior that is highlighted by a thinly veiled, purple phantom several millimeters from the rim of the crystal followed by a pale blue zone out to the edge of the crystal which appears somewhat darker at the extremities of the bounding crystal faces. The edges and corners of this Fluorite are exceptionally sharp and only one small part of a corner is missing on the backside out of sight. This singular Fluorite crystal is emplaced on a clear to slightly milky Quartz termination that is dusted with some tiny Quartz crystals. The Fluorite fluoresces a vibrant blue with short wave UV and the zones are quite pronounced! From a 2019 find.
