A rare and attractive rosasite from this small and seldom-seen locality. A Harold Urish note accompanying the piece says he self-collected it in 1988 (as he was pushing 70 years old) through the so-called Mystery Tunnel. This is, therefore, more recent than I had thought, having previously seen anything from here only in older collections. The matrix is sparkling white, microcrystallized smithsonite on rock. Ex.
