A fine, large cabinet specimen of vuggy matrix festooned with gemmy and lustrous, burnt orange grossular garnets and nicely accented by green diopside crystals. The garnets reach 1.0 cm and the largest diopside is 1.5 cm. Excellent, large specimen from the well-known York River Skarn of Bancroft, Ontario. Ex. Mullane Collection.
