OK, we have all seen plenty of danburite singles. I have not gone insane...this one IS really special, and stands out from all those $5-10 buck wholesale crystals which used to be so abundant at Tucson in the past. It has about the best luster and brightness I have seen in the material, but beyond that it has a unique broad termination which is completely uncharacteristic from this locality and makes for a striking specimen. At first glance, many people here that I showed it to thought it was a topaz! 3.9 x 2.4 x 1.7cm
