This is an unusual and fine calcite specimen. It features a very large, tabular crystal with hexagonal form, complete all the way around the edges, attached to a smaller crystal in back. It is translucent through the middle, with frosty white faces. There are bits of matrix attached, but no clear attachment point - it is essentially a floater.
