With the Jeffrey closed now, specimens have been swept off the market, and there are just not many around to be had. This pretty grossular garnet specimen features five gemmy crystals of grossular, the largest a full centimeter, on a pretty matrix of light green diopside crystals. The back side of the specimen also has grossulars on diopside, indicating that both sides were exposed in the pocket. 4.0 x 2.7 x 1.3cm
