Gemmy and lustrous, wine-red spessartine garnets to 1.0 cm richly cover the cabinet-sized matrix of contrasting, white albite crystals from recent finds at Shengus, Pakistan. These garnets are exceptionally gemmy for the locale, so this is a highly representative, large specimen for the species and locale. The garnets are very lustrous and these are modern classics.
