An old-time and aesthetic pseudomorph from the ancient mines at Ilmenau, Germany. Lustrous, metallic-gray pseudomorphs of hematite after sharp calcite scalenohedrons to 2.0 cm are attractively set atop massive, banded hematite matrix. 4 of the 5 major pseudomorphs are pristine.
