A huge, fascinating specimen from Tsumeb - a plate of solid crystallized calcite (no matrix rock!) that has formed a stalactitic natural "arch" or handle! Some miner cut this right out of the wall of the vug and preserved this cool formation!This Photo was Mindat.org Photo of the Day - 3rd Jan 2008
