This is a modern classic combination piece of gemmy, glassy aquamarine perched on metallic, silvery muscovite. It is 870 grams in weight. The larger crystals are 4 to 5 cm tall and are arranged dramatically in a flower-like cluster centered in the middle of this well-trimmed specimen. Note how sharp and fine the terminations are, very clean and clear, so you can look down into them. The display face is nearly pristine. Overall, this is a good size, unusually compact and aesthetic for a Nagar aquamarine plate, and with unusually high quality of luster and color saturation for this locality.
