This matrix specimen came out of Brazil more than twenty years ago and is classic for the mine, with dark gren top on a chatoyant, gemmy green core. It features elbaites to 3 cm, with a .5 cm black termination above an opaque, olive green prism which emits a chatoyant appearance. Adding to the great contrast of colors are blades of lustrous, white albite up to 2 cm across on the front, but over 10 cm on the back side. In addition, the matrix of lepidolite tops off this combo specimen. THE ALBITE IS SPARKLIER AND THE TOURMALINE BRIGHTER, In PERSON! 9.6 x 5.5 x 4.5 cm
