Exquisitely centered on a white albite matrix are two glassy and gemmy, limpid, sky-blue crystals of aquamarine to 4.8 cm in length. The two aquas clearly exhibit parallel growth. Beautiful! The photos say it all so I will only add that, for my taste, this is simply one of the finest, most perfect, most display-worthy miniature sized aquamarine matrix specimens I have seen in this price range (without breaking the bank for certain crazy pieces out there), period. It is literally a frozen jewel of a crystal cluster, nestled in just the right matrix like two white pillows holding it up! ex. Meieran collection.
