A GEM topaz, 2 cm in length, carefully removed in the rhyolite matrix so it is exposed all around, still sticking out of the side of the pocket in which it formed. No damage! Superb example. These are not so easy to get now - once common, but not mined in awhile and scarce now 8.9 x 6.5 x 4.5 cm
