This is a dramatic, high-quality combination piece from the Denton Mine of the classic style for which the mine is really most widely known among collectors of calcites. The large, 5 cm Calcite is twinned, with an engaging amber color complemented by excellent luster and good gemminess. There is a small amount of rubbing, but it has no real effect on the terrific aesthetics. The Calcite is accompanied by numerous ruby jack Sphalerites. Together, they make a combination that is both simple and sublime. The color is TOP ! Ex Art Soregaroli collection.
