You would normally expect to find such an excellent twin from a locality such as Elmwood, but to find a specimen of habit like this from a famous locality such a Freiberg is a true find. The Calcite has good luster and great form, and it is highlighted by a complete phantom of a reddish-brown mineral (hematite). This is an excellent thumbnail from many perspectives. 2.7 x 1.8 x .9 cm
