Topaz

A stunning, brilliantly lustrous topaz with exquisite termination, and complete ALL AROUND. No dings, no damage, and totally pristine on all those multiply bevelled faces. This piece has GLASSY luster and a very nice color for the material. It is also extra-gemmy as you can plainly see in photos and is even more so in person due to the nature of photographing such crystals being so darned difficult. There is more opacity around the bottom 1/5th of the piece, but its not so distracting in person as in the photos. And, THE TOP 2.3 IS MUCH GEMMIER AND CLEANER In PERSON! Another fixer-upper I am able to pass on at what I think is a very fair price for such quality because I got it from the mine directly and cleaned it myself to reveal the incredible luster and quality under the scum encrusting it when it was mined...I have seen crystals at double the price I liked less, but we all got lucky on this one.
