Beautiful and sharp, hematite-tinted, dogtooth calcite crystals rise up from the massive calcite matrix covered with smaller calcite dogteeth on this fine specimen from the Moscona Mine of Spain. The large calcite is 4.3 cm. The crystals are very lustrous and nicely translucent. The three large crystals are pristine. Ex. Fernandez Buelga Collection.
