This specimen is glassy, brilliantly lustrous, and semi-transparent. It has rich purple color on the broader crystal faces ("front") and also excellent blue color along the narrow face. Due to the shade of blue which is rich but not intense neon as you see when these are treated, it is certainly natural and not heated. It has a slight hint of the trichroic third color down the c-axis but the crystal is narrow so it is hard to light the piece enough in order to get it to come out above the purple and blue tones. Hence, I would call this one natural though it does not show well the third color (red). 4.1 x 2.2 x 1.1 cm
