A SUPERB and AESTHETIC pair of doubly terminated, translucent and lustrous, hexagonal aragonite crystals from the Type Locality in Spain. The body is a nice lavender color, which grades to a light gray-green at the terminations. Both crystals are nicely doubly terminated, with only the lower crystal being moderately contacted. A TEXTBOOK example of a beautiful specimen, with the little crystal poking out of one of the terminations. Ex. George Elling Collection. One of the best I have seen, certainly.
