This is a superb, doubly terminated, octahedron of metallic and dark red cuprite. Contacts (where it grew from matrix) on the back side keeps this crystal from being pristine and a floater, but it looks very complete from the front and shows off several impactful display angles featuring extremely sharp edges and fine luster. For a single crystal, it is of very high quality an dsize, and quite dramatic!
