This exquisite cluster of splendent and slightly translucent, dark red cuprite octahedrons, to 1.2 cm in length, is composed of several, interconnected and beautifully formed crystals. It is so sharp it looks carved. On the back side, it is contacted where it grew from matrix and at the points of attachment are seen several areas of crystallized silver dendrites in association.
