Here is a great old locality specimen of Vivianite from Bolivia. Subscribers to the Mineralogical Record know that an entire issue was dedicated to this unique and historic locality. This piece features a beautiful, relatively sharp, gemmy, emerald-green color, prismatic crystal of Vivianite measuring 2.7 cm associated with botryoidal Limonite after Wavellite. This material is rarely seen in today's market and this particular specimen is at least 25 years old.
