A superb combination specimen from Mt. Malosa, Malawi. Two pristine, lustrous, prismatic, black arfvedsonite crystals are very aesthetically set on orthoclase crystals. The dominating pillar is 4.7 cm (measured on the back) and the piece is nicely accented tiny aegirine crystals. The two, front and center orthoclase crystals are Carlsbad twins. Outstanding combination material from this famous locality, with not much new material coming out in the last few years. Ex. Wilhelm Leithauser Collection #169.
