Stilbites from India simply do not get the credit they deserve as they are simply the finest examples of the species extant. This specimen features many pinkish-orange colored sheaves of Stilbite forming a very attractive display specimen, but the important aspect of this specimen is the fact that on the reverse side of the piece there are some unusual "casts" of an unknown mineral. It also has some dark reddish-orange iron oxide staining for a wonderful color contrast. Not your run-of-the-mill Stilbite to be sure.
