A STRIKING, old-time, hydra-like nest of snow-white, "floss ferri" or cave aragonite from Styria, Austria. At least 3 of the curved "snakes" reconnect! This fine piece comes with an old German label and a Professor Heinrich Collection label. Professor Heinrich"s 15, 000 piece collection was acquired by the Seaman Museum at Michigan Tech after 1991.
