This is honestly the first specimen of this specific type that Ive seen from this locality. Klein Spitzkopje is well known for its Topaz specimens, and like most granitic pegmatite localities, they are often associated with Microcline and Quartz. This piece features several gem quality, sparkling, colorless Topaz crystals up to 11 mm associated with Smoky Quartz and Microcline. The interesting aspect of this piece is that the Microcline shows a small area of bluish-green color making it, partial as it may be, an Amazonite crystal as well. Very unique. 5.2 x 5.0 x 4.7cm
