A very RICH and showy specimen of gemmy, deep cherry-red proustite crystals crowning a proustite and quartz-rich matrix from an UNCOMMON Chilean locality - Caracoles in the Sierra Gorda District. This is an excellent and highly representative specimen of the species, with outstanding color, even though there is contact damage. Ex Richard Hauck Collection. 4.1 x 3.2 x 2.0 cm
