An unusual and fine Bisbee specimen from the Lavender Pit. Banded malachite and azurite is coated by brown to black goethite on this 3-dimensional specimen of bubbly botryoids. The contacted area reveals the banded malachite and azurite beneath the goethite. Ex. Dave and Emily Stoudt Collection and according to their catalogue and label, was purchased from then Bisbee rock shop owner Chuck Youngblood in 1998.
