A colorful and fine specimen from the Morenci Mine of Arizona. A band of sparkly, intergrown, ball-like clusters of light green and rich, dark forest-green, primary malachite crystals lie between areas of bubbly, botryoidal, beautiful, powder-blue chrysocolla that covers the 3-dimenional gossan matrix. This is from early 1990s material dug by Stan Esbenshade and sold to dealer Doug Wallace, who handled much of it. Classic and highly desirable species, especially the primary malachite, from this noted locale.
