Once extremely rare, and still rare in good crystals like this one, powellite from India far outshines those from anywhere else in the world (especially for the relatively lower prices for huge crystals!). It is obvious from its tetragonal form that it resembles its far more plentiful relation, scheelite - this one more than most. The lustrous cream colored main crystal is 2cm tall and sits on a small amount of matrix.
