A large, elongated specimen of absolutely GEMMY, transparent, sparkling kunzite that looks like pink glass. Absolutely glorious in a display case. This has rich color for San Diego. It is thought to have come out in the 1960s-1970s and went from Norm Dawson to Bill Larson at some time. 112 grams. From the important and long held personal San Diego County Collection of William "Bill" Larson, longtime owner of the Himalaya Mine, discoverer of the famous Queen Mine BlueCap pocket, and numerous other San Diego mining projects over the last 60 years and more.
