A dramatic piece, that sits horizontally or vertically! This is one of our favorites. Perched high on a matrix of drusy white quartz is a very large, nearly equant, crystal of lustrous and translucent, bicolored green fluorapophyllite crystal, 6.5 cm across. There are also several, lustrous, ivory colored stilbite crystals present which reach 5.5 cm across. These crystals are, unusually, a more intense green color when viewed side-on (and those sides are extremely sharp and lustrous!) Also unusually, small white laumontite crystals are in association. This specimen is exceptional - much better in person! From the January 2014 pocket.
