This piece features lustrous Goethite in silky-smooth drapery over Calcite rhombohedra, all perched against contrasting matrix of another generation of calcite. The coatings are so sharp, in fact, that the crystal edges of the Calcites below can be clearly followed. Ex. Willy Israel Collection.
