Gem-like, very glassy, complex calcite rhombs to 4.8 cm are attractively set on several sides of the box-work matrix on this fine cabinet specimen from the mines at Santa Eulalia, Mexico. The dark brown, smaller, hematite-included calcite rhombs adjacent to the "jewels" are a very nice accent. Older, seldom seen material today. Ex. Mullane Collection.
