Mimetite
A rich, gorgoues specimen covered with sparkling yellow barrel-shaped crystals of mimetite from this onetime find of the mid-1990s. These are spectacular mimetite by any standard and were generally unappreciated at the time. Scarce, now, they were never common to begin with and no more have come out since. This is a specimen that had remained with one of the original importers of the material into Europe, until recently. This is more expensive than the above because it has larger crystals, to 8mm.
