This is a glowing, neon pink cluster of Cobaltoan Calcite. The crystals are gemmy to translucent, naturally bright and lustrous, multifaceted, and range up to 1 cm long. The specimen just sparkles. This showy example is probably from the finds of the late 1980s, and they simply are among the most colorful mineral specimens ever found. Aesthetic and attractive. Unusually, it has small freestanding copper crystals on one surface.
