A 3.2 cm, highly lustrous and partially gemmy, emerald-green, chromium diopside crystal in a chromium diopside and quartz matrix from Aracuai, Brazil. Very few of these came out a number of years ago and this a highly representative specimen of this species and locality. Ex. George Elling Collection, circa 1960s.
