Neptunite, Natrolite
A striking and dramatic specimen. A pristine, lustrous, 3.6 cm, dark brown neptunite crystal looks just like a fallen log spanning a rocky "gorge" and surrounded by snowfields of natrolite! I really like the composition of the piece and hole in the hole in the matrix. Older material from the famous and now-closed Dallas Gem Mine.
