A very unusual, pretty, sizeable plate of glimmering crystals of hemimorphite, of a beautiful light pastel color, from the Congo - NOT a typical locality for hemimorphites, with the vast majority of collector-quality specimens coming from Mexico. Almost certainly the color is due to copper-mineralization inclusions. You can see the sparkly luster of this rich carpet of densely intergrown, translucent crystals.
