This rare locality piece features dramatic, thick, pointedly elongated gold crystals mixed with leafy gold, on quartz matrix. The piece looks good all around, 360 degrees, and displays well from any side. It masses 86 grams. Purchased from one of the well known gold dealers at Quartzite in the late 1990s, this was marked $12,500 even at that time but came to us in a large collection and can be sold quite reasonably now. 86 grams, or nearly 3 ounces!
