This is a really bright and colorful specimen from this rare locality! It features wispy, brassy gold crystals that are crystallized but "leafy" in appearance. In addition to the gold that is freestanding, it is obvious that veins extend inside the matrix as well. These are extremely hard to come by and in fact I was unaware of good specimens for sale until a friend of mine obtained a small stash of them - collected several decades ago, too.
