A SUPERB, old-time, CABINET specimen from the famous Mid-Continent Mine of Kansas of lustrous, fortification galena cubes to 1.8 cm as isolated crystals and clusters on matrix. These were found in the 1940s-60s and are true classics! Most Tri-State galenas do not have this quality of luster. Very trivial damage overall, to such a fine piece. Ex Seaman Museum and Marty Lewadny Collections. This is a choice piece from the Lewadny Collection and has many display possibilities. 12.3 x 10.0 x 6.8 cm
